Matrix Developments specialise in the construction sector: Established in Hereford in early 2019 our growing reputation is complemented by a progressive and stylistic approach. We provide quality, bespoke building services including new build projects and refurbishments. Specialising in land with and without planning we build mutually beneficial relationships with landowners to achieve common goals through transparency and trust.

We create new build homes of all kinds and can also breathe new life into existing dwellings. Backed by high net worth associates our approach to deliver projects on time and within budget is fully sustainable and provides piece of mind for our clients.

Benjamin James

Benjamin James is the owner of a thriving architectural practice in the three counties, progressing his own stylistic way of innovative, abstract and intuitive design. His experience is furthered by previous consultancy roles in the ‘high net worth’ industry, particularly that of London and overseas projects.

Lee Dalton

Lee Dalton has a strong background in infrastructure and communications for recognised global companies. He has an established attention to technical detail and installations. With experience in the industry his skills are applied in each construction phase, co-managing sites with Dave.

David Simpkins

David Simpkins has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, forming his own company and developing personal projects from ground up. This practical experience and wealth of on site knowledge is applied to each of Matrix Development’s schemes.
